Placing orders and creating an account
When you place an order with Imovex.eu and choose to create an account, your account will be stored for 5 years after your last order. After this period the account will be depersonalized. Your personal data will also be automatically removed after a period of 5 years when you create an account without ever placing an order.
Each order that you have placed in your account will be depersonalized after 12 months. Of course you have the possibility to see the ordered products within your secured environment after those 12 months.

Placing orders without creating an account
When you place an order with Imovex.eu and choose to pay without creating an account, your order data will be stored for 30 days after the completion of the order. This is necessary for a correct order completion, any questions about the order and possible return registrations. After this period your personal data is depersonalized in the order.
